What: The How To Be Awesome Online Workshop ft. Mitch Gallant, Jackson Middleton, Kaeli Decelles, and Brin Werrett

It’s here! It’s finally here! Jeph, Brandon, and I have been waiting for this day for quite some time. Our talented speakers have been a joy to work with and we can’t wait to, alongside you, hear what they have to say. Here are a few last minute things you should know in advance to make your experience at #awesome13 (spoiler alert: that hashtag is one of the things you should know) as valuable as possible.
1. Panel Format
Each speaker will be speaking for no longer than 15 minutes, meaning that the panel section of the workshop will be your opportunity to get inside the heads of the speakers, share your own ideas, and ask your own questions in person or through twitter.
2. Phone Charging
Phone charging stations are being provided by our friends at Jump.ca and will be on each table. So please don’t hesitate to give your phone a charge there instead of doing your best Linden-Wilcock-at-a-restaurant impression and looking for an obscure outlet in the corner. Also, please feel free to bring your laptop or tablet and use it throughout.
3. Workshop Hashtag
The hashtag for the workshop is #awesome13. Give it a whirl and see what people are saying in advance.
Now that we’ve covered how you can recharge your phone, we better address your own energy’s recharging. Cookies, coffee, and tea will be served and there will be gluten free options for those needing them.
