Crafting engaging and relevant content is vital for any business looking to thrive in the digital landscape. One innovative approach to generating compelling content ideas is by utilizing AI, such as ChatGPT, effectively. By inputting strategic prompts, businesses can uncover a wealth of tailored content ideas that resonate with their target audience. Here’s how to use specific prompts to get the best content ideas from ChatGPT for your industry.

Common Questions and Concerns

Generate content that addresses the most pressing questions and concerns of your target audience. Take this for example;

Generate a list of content ideas based on common questions and concerns people have about [your industry].

This prompt encourages ChatGPT to think from the perspective of your audience, identifying their needs and curiosities. For instance, if you’re in the sustainable fashion industry, you might ask,

Generate a list of content ideas based on common questions and concerns people have about dental Care.

ChatGPT can then provide content ideas such as “10 Signs You Need to Visit the Dentist Immediately” or “The Impact of Diet on Dental Health: What to Eat and What to Avoid.”

Identifying Services and Trends

Create content that highlights the latest trends and in-demand services or products within your industry. A good example of this would be;

Generate a list of content ideas based on the top trends and in-demand services in [your industry] for the upcoming year.

This prompt helps you tap into emerging trends and popular services or products, ensuring your content is timely and relevant. For a tech company, the prompt might be,

Generate a list of content ideas based on the top trends and in-demand services in the tech industry for the upcoming year.

This could lead to content ideas like “The Future of Remote Work: Tech Solutions Driving Efficiency” or “The Rise of AI and Machine Learning: Applications That Will Change the Game“

Offering Advice and Tips

Provide valuable advice and tips that cater to the needs of different demographics within your target audience.

Here’s an example;

Create a series of advice-based content ideas targeting [specific demographic] within [your industry].

This approach allows you to tailor your content to different segments of your audience, offering practical value. For example, a health and wellness business might use,

 Create a series of advice-based content ideas targeting millennials interested in mental health.

Chat could suggest ideas like “Digital Detox: Reclaiming Your Mental Space in a Connected World” or “The Solo Traveler’s Guide to Personal Growth and Mental Clarity.“

Exploring Customer Pain Points

Develop content that directly addresses and offers solutions to your audience’s pain points. A good example is;

Give me a list of content ideas on the biggest challenges or pain points for [target audience] in [your industry], and how can we address them?

 This prompt digs deep into the challenges faced by your audience, providing a foundation for content that offers real solutions. For a real estate business, you might ask,

Give me a list of content ideas on the biggest challenges first-time homebuyers face, and how can we address them?

This could result in content like “First-Time Homebuyer Mistakes to Avoid” or “Decoding Mortgages: Understanding Your Financing Options“

The Stratlab team has been fantastic. In the last 2 years Stratlab has helped us to overhaul our website. I am not a tech person, but in working with Carter, Dustin, or Brandon, bit-by-bit we've been able to revolutionize our Events Guide from what it previously was. With pretty much every idea I've had, some I didn't even know if they were technically possible, these wizards have found a way to make them happen. They are also usually super quick to make requested changes or fix any weirdness that may arise. We've had one of the best-looking and most user-friendy tourism Events Guides in the country that even our residents are getting excited about using! You can tell these guys are passionate about their work and care about getting their customers exactly what they need & want. I'm sad that I'll no longer be working with this crew due to transitioning to another department at work, but I highly recommend the Strat Lab team for any web design project 👍👍

I recently had the privilege of working with Brandon at StratLab, and the quality of his work is truly next‑level. After one quick call to share my vision for a bat demo video, he understood exactly what I needed, and delivered something far beyond what I imagined. His attention to detail, creative precision, and top‑tier expertise show what real professionalism looks like. Every frame, every transition, every moment was crafted with intention. He respected timelines, communicated clearly, and made the entire process effortless. I can only hope to work with Brandon again.
