The Regina Open Door Society (RODS) is a dedicated non-profit organization with a clear mission: to provide essential settlement and integration services to refugees and immigrants in Regina. Committed to ensuring newcomers can achieve their goals and fully participate in the broader community, RODS offers a wide range of programs and services. Their vision is to foster a welcoming community that thrives on the diversity and strength newcomers bring to Canada. RODS operates with clear objectives, which include assisting refugees and immigrants in adapting to and engaging with the Saskatchewan community, extending community services to promote understanding between newcomers and local residents, and establishing facilities for intercultural, educational, and social activities. RODS upholds core values of diversity, respect, dignity, service excellence, and partnership and collaboration, all of which guide their efforts in supporting and empowering newcomers on their journey in Canada.
