What’s The Most Precious Word For Any Human To Hear?

Their name.

Use it.

Remember it.

When talking to people, emailing people, calling people, use their name.

A friend I went to school with remembers every name of everyone he’s met. It’s wild to witness in person. Literally sees people from 10+ years ago and sure enough, not only knows their name but can reference something they did years ago.

When I asked one day how he does it. He smiles and says, “it’s not hard, just use the person’s name immediately and it’s easy to remember anyone.”

It’s that simple.
